IN-RING
Attire: CM wrestles in blue and white or blue and silver pants much like the kind Matt Hardy did in his V1 days. There's usually a patch somewhere on them with his initials in opposite coloring of whatever section they're on. Also, comes out in his latest official shirt from the company, or a shirt of the company itself
Fighting Style: Jack of All Trades(CM can compete at a high level in most styles, though he doesn't go in for high risk as much anymore)
Basic Moves:
1)Punches and Kicks.
2. Various Suplexes(Vertical, snap, German, Belly to belly, etc..).
3)Various Pins(Mostly as counters; Crucifix, Backslide, Sunset Flip, etc etc..).
4) Repeated Arm-Drags(CM arm drags the oponnent, they rush up an at him again to get another, repeat 2 or 3 more times).
5) Snapmare Takeover Into Various Wear-down Holds.
6) European Uppercut.
7) Various Slams(Scoop, Power, Sit-out Side, etc etc)
Signature Moves:
1) Dragon Whap - Shelton Benjamin's dragon whip kick.
2) Southern Climate Leg Drop - Leg drop from Middle rope; in the right match/situation can be off a ladder, stage, or even cage.
3) Rolling Boston Crab - Usually done as a counter to a backdrop attempt, CM rolls through like a sunset flip but instead gets up holding the opponent's legs and turns them over into the submission
Finishing Moves:
1) Just Like That - The twist of fate. CM may be a lil slower these days, but he can still counter most move attempts into this, his main finisher.
2) You Just Got Whapped - Often shortened to just "Whapped" by commentators, its a superkick out of nowhere. No build up! Its a desperation finisher these days.
ENTRANCE INFORMATION
Theme: Christian Michaels - "Kryptonite" by 3 Doors Down
Entrance Description: 3 Doors Down's hit "Kryptonite" hits over the speakers sending a rush through the crowd. The fans jump up on their feet cheering as the tron comes alive with CM's entrance video. Michaels himself finally walks out onto the stage about 20 or 30 seconds into the song. He stops at the top and looks out at the pumped fans. In the ring Heather Cooper raises her mic.
Heather: Ladies and gentlemen, this next match is scheduled for ONE fall! Introducing first, from Memphis, Tennessee...He stands six-foot-two and weighs in at two hundred and twenty-six pounds...Here is Christian Miiiiiiichaels!!!!
Christian had been bouncing from his left foot to his right during his introduction. As Heather finishes he gestures for the fans to get louder! They're quick to oblige and CM starts his way down the aisle. The fan favorite making sure to go back and forth between the sides of the aisle, slapping hands with every fan that he can. When he reaches the end of the aisle, CM rolls into the ring under the bottom rope. He gets up and heads towards the nearest hard camera-facing corner. CM gets on the middle turnbuckle and raises his hands up, garnering another cheer from the crowd. Finally Michaels hops down and awaits the entrance of the night's opponent(s)
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Biography: For the past 17 years Christian Michaels has traveled up and down the highways making a living as a professonal wrestler. Honestly there wasn't alot of choose in the matter. CM is the son of a (now former)promoter out of Tennessee. He grew up in the locker room instead of out on playgrounds. At a young age Christian fell in love with the business that put food on the table at his childhood home. Christian knew it was his calling to the point he bypassed college and started his career days after graduating high school.
At age 35, CM realizes time is no longer on his side; turning on him like a crappy tag team partner. The competition in today's landscape is at an all-time high! Almost everyone he'll face now is young and faster. However this good ole boy from Memphis has almost two decades of experience in the ring behind him. And as mentioned, CM grew up around the business. He has seen and done it all in this industry, learning more than enough tips, tricks, and outright skills to be more than just competitive with today's wrestler. Ya know its just like Toby Keith sang: I'm as good once as I ever was.
Accomplishments: PWT World champion 4x, W2K Champion 2x, ICWA World Heavyweight champion 1x, King of PWT winner 1x, W2K God of Wrestling winner 1x, a slew of other championships and awards between PWT, ICWA, and W2K
Strengths and Weaknesses: Strengths - Experience(Nearly 20 years of in-ring experience, has been around the business since he was a child)
Resilience(Throughout his career, you damn near have to beat the man into a coma to keep him down)
Adaptability(Michaels can make himself comfortable in almost any match or situation)
Weaknesses - Age(CM is 35, with 17 years of them spent between the ropes. He not as quick on the draw as he used to be, injuries can linger longer than they once did)
Pride(CM is a proud man and doesn't take well to it being tested. Think Marty McFly when he's called "chicken" and its kind of like that)
Temper(It takes alot to really get under his skin, but if you mess with CM's family or girlfriend, he's bound to lose that temper and could wind up DQed or more)
Other Information: CM is well an truly a babyface. He tries to stay respectful and laidback. But if ya keep on poking him and being a disrespectful ass, he's going to give it back to ya.
Also, I have a habit of typing in my southern accent. Words like "Yawl" are my way of saying like "y'all".
