| | Jason Halich - Owner Jason Halich was the one of the two original owners of Pride Pro Wrestling back when it was founded at the end of 2014. When the company was shut down, former co-owner Cody Taylor sold off his half of the company to Jason, thinking the property to be worthless. Jason held onto the rights to the company until the summer of 2017 when he offered up 49% of the company for sale in order to make the money to reopen the doors. Those shares of the company were bought, under one condition. Jason had to give 2% controlling interest of the company up to a board appointed general manager. These days, that means that while he considers Pride to be his baby, the days of doing things on his own and how he sees fit are long behind him.
| | Violet Ripley - Owner Following Taryn Robinson's absence from Pride, rumors swirled about a new owner. At Ignition #004, that owner was announced as former General Manager Phillip Ripley's wife, Violet. She has made a statement about becoming the voice of the voiceless in Pride Pro Wrestling, and has promised to make sure that every person in Pride is given a chance, no matter how different they might be from the typical competitor. |
| Maxine Murphy - General Manager With the former General Manager, Phillip Ripley, needing some time off after the birth of his twins, he asked Maxine to step in on his behalf. Since she always loved the business but never really picked up any in-ring experience, Maxine accepted his offer. After only a few shows, and following the announcement that Phillip Ripley's wife purchased Taryn Robinson's 49% of the company, Max has been promoted to the position permanently! This gives her full control of the 2% interest in the company that functions as a swing vote between the owners.
| | Maddie Wilson - Backstage Interviewer Despite being only 18, Maddie Wilson is a former champion in wrestling. She has taken a step back from active competition to train at the Jet City Sports Lab. In doing so, she realized that she was going to have to find a new way to pay the bills. Having an understanding of the backstage environment, and being more than capable of defending herself, were two stand out reasons for Taryn Robinson to reach out to her for her services as a backstage interviewer. She is mostly a sweet girl, still untainted by the negative aspects of the business. Her perky disposition normally leads her to be starstruck by the standouts on the roster. At heart, she is a fan, so her backstage comments reflect the crowd's reaction to her interview subjects.
|
| Kurtis Gordon - Backstage Interviewer Kurtis Gordon was the first student to train at the Jet City Sports Lab, and was recruited by Jason Halich himself. However, Kurtis has become much more entwined in the business side of Jet City in recent months than he has the wrestling business. He took over managing JCSL after several departures, and now following the exit of Abby Watkins, he is stepping up to fill the vacancy once again. Kurtis is not of the best of terms with anyone involved with Jet City but not named Jason Halich. It is notably rude to most people, which has led to scuffles with other members of the Pride staff. | | Parker Wayde - Color Commentary The Grand Slam Champion, and former Pride commentator returns to the table with the reopening of Pride. He was a standout in the original run of the company, going from the active roster, to the table at ringside and excelling in both. He tends to play devil's advocate to whoever his partner is, focused on ability and skill rather than the morality of the person in the ring. It normally makes for an entertaining back and forth with his counterpart. | | Coby Quik - Play-By-Play Joining Parker at the commentary table is none other than his perpetual protege Coby Quik. The man made quite a stir in the last year competing before suffering a facial injury that he never made it back from. He was trained to compete by Parker Wayde, worked side-by-side with him at the Jet City Sports Lab as a junior trainer, and now will be putting his skills to the test as Pride's play-by-play analyst. Unlike Parker, Coby has always been attached to doing things the right way. It should create conflict at the table and put him at odds with Parker depending on the talent in the ring. |
| Heather Cooper - Ring Announcer Heather is a former adult film actress turned recording artist. She is married to Kris, Jason's half brother and was a no-brainer choice to be the master of ceremonies for Pride. She is good behind a mic and to help her newly released album get some notice, her brother-in-law Jason offered her the position of ring announcer. Heather is sweet but also has some edge behind her. She is not afraid to tell it like it is either. Plus, she is fully trained in multiple forms of self-defense which makes her someone you do not want to mess with at ringside.
| | JD Wright - Referee Another Jet City wrestler-in-training makes his way to Pride to handle the officiating on the under card. JD Wright, better known as one-half of Awkward Inc will be donning a zebra shirt to try and keep the action on the inside of the ring as legal as possible. His selection is not as random as it may seem. Jason Halich notably mentioned that this time around, Pride was not going to have flimsy referees that end up on their back for half of a match. Look for JD to be staying on his feet instead of needing to be revived just to count a fall. | | PJ Cooper - Referee Pride Pro Wrestling could not hire one half of Awkward Inc without hiring the other half as well. PJ Cooper will be throwing on his own zebra shirt and taking over the officiating for main event and headline matches each card. As a competitor he was known as the more impulsive, and easy to anger half of his team. As a referee, he channels that into being rigid on the rules, separating individuals, and inserting himself into situations that JD might otherwise let slide. |
| Sabrina Ramirez - Referee A promising rookie wrestler in 2016, Sabrina Ramirez has been plagued with injuries. However, she is still in love with wrestling, and wants to work her way back up from the bottom. She was looking for another shot in a big time promotion, and Pride gave that to her. She plans on giving her all as a Pride referee in an attempt to put her best foot forward in the company. Roster members can rest assured that she will not stand for competitors who attempt to break the rules.
